Courses are open to any students. There are no age or nationality restrictions. Students can apply either as active players or as auditors.

Applications are only valid upon the receipt of payment of the application fee.
Applications sent by normal post must arrive by 20th July 2012 and have to be addressed to: Ufficio cultura del Comune di Cividale del Friuli - Piazza Paolo Diacono, 10 - 33043 Cividale del Friuli (UD) - Italy.
Please send the application form along with:
• application fee receipt (for on-line applications either a .pdf or .jpg copy);
• curriculum vitae.
Should a course be cancelled, the application fee will be fully refunded.
THE APPLICATION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO STUDENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE COURSE.
Course fee can be paid together with the application fee by 18th July 2015 or, at the latest, on the first day of the masterclass by money transfer only.
When paid in advance, the course fee will be refunded by money transfer only to students who won’t be able to attend due to proven serious reasons. In this case, students will have to immediately acknowledge the organization and provide a formal request along with their bank details.

Applicants are kindly requested to arrive at the Registration office by 9:30 a.m. on the first day of the course they have chosen to attend. The office is at the ex “Convento delle Orsoline” in Cividale del Friuli.
They might be asked to play a preliminary audition. The program of the audition will be free and last about 15 minutes.
STUDENTS SHOULD TAKE THEIR OWN STAND AND MUSIC WITH THEM, SINCE THE ORGANIZATION DOESN’T PROVIDE FOR THEM.
Lessons schedule will be drawn up by teachers on the first day of the course.
In addition to the final students’ concerts there will be many other musical events featuring teachers, guest musicians and some of the best students.
Meals and accommodation: there will be a list of restaurants providing special prices for the students attending the course and special accommodation rates will be offered by the three stars “Hotel Roma” (tel. 0039 - 0432 - 731871), in piazza Picco.
