Cividale del Friuli
37th edition 2024
The 37th edition sees some important returns and new classes of the highest level, as well as the confirmation of historic teachers.
The calendar and teachers are already almost all set, there may only be a couple more entries at most.
In this regard, everything points to the return of world-renowned pianist Anna Fedorova, Daniel Rowland on violin and
Maja Bogdanovic on cello, after the happy event last August.
Then it is a great honour for Cividale to host for the first time Boris Garlitsky, one of the most important international professors for the violin, the great pianist Konstantin Lifschitz and the renowned cellist Justus Grimm.
Students from Holland, Belgium, Austria and Germany, usually used to planning their summers well in advance, can already definitely
get to know the periods of many of the teachers from that area:
Tatiana Samouil, Aylen Pritchin, Floor Le Coultre and Tim Brakman on violin,
Asdis Valdimarsdottir for viola, Julian Arp for cello.
So let's all keep our fingers crossed for a very special edition, Cividale del Friuli also awaits you with its historical beauty,
its beautiful river and its excellent food and wine!
